After reading the classes accumulated writings he declared them the 'most boring reading' he had done up to this point in the term. When approached with the 'task' of creating my first writing on this topic the professor suggested that the format was a 'genre' with all the markers of good pedagogy that needed to be rung out. This book has more than enough content to keep me thinking about architecture, poetry and the arts for the next months to come, but more than that they've made me rethink my teaching philosophy.
